Hi, I’m Paige (they/she) - a program director designing spaces that nourish cultural visionaries. As the Founder of PPI, I work with artists, activists, and their patrons to help them create with resiliency in mind. I do this to help us live in vibrant collaboration with each other and the more-than-human world.

I’ve nurtured communities across the arts, climate, tech, Movement work, government & media for the last 15 years. This windy road brought me to an Emmy award for emerging documentary, the Obama White House as a social impact creator, and a tour of the US South with emerging justice leaders as an Ignite the South fellow. I also launched Not Yet, a well-being library & podcast where we workshop the world of our dreams.

Now I live in Durham, NC with my wife & our 7-year-old rescue cat. When I’m not dreaming about collective care, you can find me dancing in my garden or at your local library.

We blend courageous vision, storytelling, and strategic planning to create spaces where change happens—in how we meet ourselves, each other, and the world.
